I do not retain any of your details digitally in any way. I have a printed copy of customer orders only, these are used for my records only for UK tax purposes and after 7 years these records are destroyed.

I have a GDPR compliant newsletter for customers which you would need to ask to be added to personally via my ‘join my mailing list’ I use Flodesk as my newsletter host. They are based in the USA and are behind the privacy wall and are fully GDPR compliant. You may unsubscribe at anfy time directly within any newsletter you receive from me. I don’t hold any customer information on my computer system whatsoever and do not share you details with anyone. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (Paypal or Stripe) and are not stored or processed on our servers. Customer purchase records are kept for a minimum of 6 years to comply with legal requirements.

What rights do you have over your personal data? You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below. You may also have rights to change, delete, restrict your personal information and I will usually delete your personal information upon request, this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
